If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase on Platports.com, return it for any reason as long as the item you would like to return fits all of the criteria. Once you determine that the item has satisfied the following criteria, email service@platports.com with your address and a shipping label will be emailed to you. You will be refunded the full amount (excluding initial shipping charge and discounts) within 10 business days of item return. Remember that your return shipping (standard ground shipping rate) is always on us!

1. 2-Month Return Window

The 2-month (or 60 days) window starts from the date of your online purchase.

2. Saleable Condition

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including all manuals and parts.

3. Receipt of Purchase

Your original purchase receipt must be included in the returned item. 

Plaports.com reserves the right to amend or update the return policy anytime it sees fit without any advanced notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this return policy before returning an item.
